Empiric Student Property (ESP), is currently investigating the opportunity to enhance the student provision at its Hello Student managed Victoria Point accommodation on Hathersage Road and the adjacent Bax Road in Manchester.
An outline proposal is being submitted to the council in the coming months. The project is still in its formative stages, and the team is still hoping to receive feedback and suggestions from members of the local community.
